I’ve had a lot of Thai curry in my lifetime. Actually, it’s the only type of curry I’ve been exposed to. Until one weekend my friend expounded to me the glories of Indian curry and these fried wafers called Puppodums that one eats with mango chutney and chilled yogurt. My curiosity was piqued, so I suggested that we take a trip to the grocery store and round up the ingredients for an Indian cuisine.
The meal was delicious! We ate until we couldn’t eat anymore.
In addition to stocking jars of spaghetti sauce and pasta in my pantry for those nights when I want a quick meal without having to do a lot of prep work, I will now stock up on Indian curry and Puppodums.
