To Make an Ordinary Night Extraordinary

Nothing fancy. Just a platter of spicy, salty sausages, ripe and creamy cheese, tender figs and plump olives.

After a long day at work…

…after the traffic noise stops buzzing in your head…

…after your feet get released from office high heels…

…you just want to plop on the sofa and relish the fact that the day’s work is done.

Take a breather and let yourself relax.

To make an ordinary night extraordinary (as far as week nights go), I plate up a spread of delicious edibles to nosh while reclining on the sofa…being transported to Oxford as Inspector Lewis and Sergeant Hathaway work their way to solve a murder or two.
