A good love story is like the phoenix…

A good love story, one that is worth reading and celebrating, is not one where all the stars align and no one encounters complications, heart breaks or failure. A good love story is like the phoenix, out of the ashes there arises something amazing.

With that being said, the road to a good love story is paved with bumps and chug holes, detours and dark alleys. Looks and wealth have very little, if any, significance. It is all about two imperfect people who choose to love each other no matter what comes their way.

Josh and Kristin have that kind of love story. One filled with challenges, but most importantly one filled with love for each other.

When one knows a bit of background story about the bride and groom, tears well up in one’s eyes and joy fills one’s heart when they were pronounced husband and wife.

To an outsider this may look like just the beginning. On the contrary, these two have overcome hurdles and trials to get to this moment. More appropriately it is the close of one chapter and the start of another.

Happiest wishes to them both.

    • Hello Alice! Thank you so very much for your kind words and compliment. πŸ™‚ It was a lovely celebration.
Hope you’re doing well, aced your classes, and enjoying the days leading up to Christmas. I just got back from my road to trip to my family’s place. Hopefully I’ll get back into the groove of blogging again. With gift-giving season in full swing, I’m thinking of baking goodies for presents. πŸ™‚
